Charlotte Home Pro Connect is run by Sina Gharavi in Charlotte, NC. This page explains what I collect when you ask for help, how I use it, and how to opt out.
What I collect
- Your first name and mobile number.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
- Your zip code, and your street address if you share it later so a company can visit.
- What is going on: the service you pick, your answers to the follow-up questions, your description, your timeline, and any photos you upload.
- Whether you agreed to receive texts, when you agreed, and the exact consent wording you saw on the form.
- Anything you send me by text or tell me on a call.
How I use it
I use your information to follow up with you about your request and to connect you with independent local companies that may be able to help.
Sharing your request with local contractors
Charlotte Home Pro Connect is a referral service. Your request, including your name, phone number, email (if given), zip code, project details, and photos, may be shared with one or more independent local contractors so they can contact you about your project. Those companies are independent businesses and handle your information under their own practices. Participating companies may pay me a referral fee.
What I do not do
- I do not sell or rent your phone number, email, or other information.
- I do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- I do not publish your request.
- I do not add you to a marketing list.
Service providers
I use a few tools to run this site and receive requests, such as website hosting and form processing, a notification app, and a writing tool that helps me draft replies. They handle your information only so I can receive and answer your request.
Texts, calls, and opting out
Texting is optional. The text-message checkbox on the form is not checked by default, and you can send a request without checking it. If you check it, you agree that Charlotte Home Pro Connect may send you automated texts about your request at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. You can also text or call (704) 426-3115 and ask me to stop contacting you or to delete your request. More detail is in the SMS Terms.
How long I keep it
I keep request details only as long as I need them to help with your request and keep basic records. Ask any time and I will delete them.
