SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages from Charlotte Home Pro Connect, a referral service run by Sina Gharavi in Charlotte, NC. They apply only if you check the text-message box on the request form.
What you agree to
By checking the box on the form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Charlotte Home Pro Connect about your request at the mobile number you provided. These can include confirmation that I received your request, questions about the job, scheduling, and updates about a local company that may help.
Consent is optional
The box is not checked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of getting help. You can send a request without checking it, and I can follow up another way, such as a phone call.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will get one confirmation text and no more messages after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or text or call (704) 426-3115.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
I do not sell your mobile number. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your request itself may be shared with independent local contractors so they can contact you about your project, as described in the Privacy Policy.
