These terms cover your use of the Charlotte Home Pro Connect website and referral help. By sending a request, you agree to them.
What this service is
Charlotte Home Pro Connect is a referral and matching service. I help Charlotte-area homeowners find independent local companies for things like crawl space repair, mold and water damage cleanup, and tree work. I am not a contractor, and I do not perform, supervise, or inspect any work.
Independent businesses do the work
Every company I refer you to is an independent business. That company, not Charlotte Home Pro Connect, quotes the job, sets its prices, and performs the work. Any agreement for work is between you and that company. Before you hire anyone, ask about licensing, insurance, and references.
No guarantees
I do not guarantee any company's work, pricing, availability, response time, or offers (including any free assessment). I also do not guarantee that I will find a company for every request. Confirm details directly with the company before you book.
Cost and referral fees
My referral help is free for homeowners. Participating companies may pay me a referral fee.
Not for emergencies
This is not an emergency service. For an active fire, a gas leak, downed power lines, or any immediate danger, call 911 or your utility company.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Charlotte Home Pro Connect is not responsible for work performed, products used, damage caused, or anything else done or not done by any third-party company, and is not liable for any losses that come from hiring one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
